The only good thing about this hotel was a comfortable bed.

The staff was horrible. I booked a room on this website and it wasn't even the same room. Then after I paid in cash at checkout they charged me the full amount (with an upgrade) TWICE on my card. When I asked about it the manager said they didn't charge me. I had to call Chase and dispute the paymentS!

Every time we visit Bedford, we choose to stay at this hotel. the rooms are clean and come with a hot tub. - the staff is very friendly and accommodating. - the hotel is conveniently located near restaurants, attractions, and dining options.

I enjoyed staying here. This beautiful hotel was run by the superbly friendly and amicable staff. The room was clean with a hot tub, I was happy about that. Having a bath and a shower was a bonus. The location in another area was marvellous and perfectly comfortable. Plus, it was so close to Close to restaurants, and many shops.

We were upgraded to impressive queen room with a king bed.

The breakfast buffet had a g very nice variety. The lady that worked in the buffet was excellent.

The staff was super-friendly. The room was clean, I really enjoyed it. A bath and a shower was a plus. The venue has a marvelous location right by close to attractions as well as restaurants and stores.

The staff was attentive and welcoming. The breakfast room was well-cared for and the staff there was attentive. The outside of the building was attractive except for the entrance which was ridiculous.

The door to the room was flimsy and hard to lock. You could see daylight around the frame. The door to the ground-floor outdoor area was almost impossible to lock and had been broken into previously. It was totally insecure. The bathroom floor was dirty, unmopped and gritty. The coffee pot had coffee in it from some previous guest and smelled musty. The sink was gritty with some kind of dirt. There were numerous dirty spots and splotches on the carpet in the room and through the hotel. The place needs a thorough renovation and perhaps a new owner or manager.

Tv reception is terrible, was the same way a yr ago. the double beds are more like singles. pillows are to small. breakfast is served to early and ends to early.

The location here is perfect, super close to everything! 📍 We had plenty of restaurants nearby, and it was easy to reach attractions and lots of shops. The room was recently renovated with a comfy king-size bed, so we had a great night's sleep.

Dirty pool, leaky roof in 3rd floor hallway dripping into a large trashcan in the middle of the floor, funky smell in the third floor, plumbing did not work well, room smelled musty
